1.1. The call service is provided exclusively after receiving prepayment from the Client.
1.2. Payment is charged for the provision of the call service. The service includes up to 2 calls per case, with a total duration not exceeding 30 minutes. If the operator/representative of the store/bank does not answer during this time, the service is considered rendered. At the Client's request, the service may be repeated subject to additional payment under the same conditions.
The categories of services include: removal of blocks, modification of account data, placement of orders, parcel tracking, data verification, and other similar actions. Services are provided for platforms such as Amazon, eBay, PayPal, and others.
1.3. Calls related to refund or replacement issues are made after prepayment of 30 US dollars (USD) plus 10–15% of the product price. The service includes up to 4 calls per case, with a total duration not exceeding 60 minutes. If the operator/representative of the store/bank does not answer during this time, the service is considered rendered. At the Client's request, the service may be repeated subject to additional payment under the same conditions.
1.4. Calls are conducted in English, German, Spanish, Danish, and Italian. Services are provided for all countries and platforms, except for CIS countries.
1.5. Before providing the service, the Contractor requests all necessary information from the Client. The Contractor notifies the Client of the need to be online to receive SMS, codes, or confirmations. If the Client is not online at the required time, resulting in the inability to complete the task, the service is considered rendered.
